At Nirvanam, we take pride in offering high-quality gold and silver-plated idols, artefacts, and home décor items. Each product is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy applies as follows:

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

• You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

• The product is unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.

• The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

Not eligible for return:

• Customized or personalized products.

• Products damaged due to mishandling, misuse, or improper care by the customer.

• Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to the handcrafted nature of items.

Return Process

1. Contact our support team at info@nirvanam.co.in or call +91-9118367280 within 7 days of delivery.

2. Provide your order number, product details, and photographs of the item showing the issue.

3. Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup (where available) or guide you on how to return the product.

4. Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.

• Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–10 business days.

• Refunds will be credited to:

  • The original payment method (for prepaid orders), or

  • Bank transfer / store credit (for Cash on Delivery orders).

• Shipping, COD charges, and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Nirvanam is at fault (wrong or defective product).

Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support.

• Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will be treated as a return and charges may apply.
