3. Orders & Payments

• Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or reject.

• All orders are subject to product availability and payment verification.

• We accept multiple payment methods including UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) (where available).

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional fee of ₹120 is charged. COD availability may vary depending on pin code and order value.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped as per our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Nirvanam is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or absence of the recipient.

• In case of refusal or non-acceptance of delivery, shipping and handling charges may be deducted from any refund due.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.

• Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or via bank transfer for COD orders) within 5–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
